The official presentation of the research group has been held on Thursday, October 11, 2018. This was a good opportunity to open the group to the university community. For this event, several dignitaries were present: among them, Pierre Cossette (President of the Université de Sherbrooke), Dr Julien Poitras (Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Laval University), Serge Striganuk (Dean of the Faculty of Education, Université de Sherbrooke), Abdelkirm Hasni (Vice-Dean, Research and Graduate Studies, Faculty of Education, Université de Sherbrooke), Patrice Perron (Deputy Dean, executive vice-dean and for communities, Université de Sherbrooke) and Marie Giroux (vice-dean of professional and pedagogic development). Meredith Young was the master of ceremonies and Christina St-Onge, director of the research group, presented the objectives of the group and opened the way to future collaborations.
